AZEEZ ATANDA ESQ.
Azeez Atanda is a legal professional with a diverse and accomplished career. He graduated from the University of Lagos with a 2nd Class Honors degree in 2007, and was called to the Nigeria bar in 2008. He pursued further education at the University of Lagos, where he obtained a Master’s Degree (LLM) in 2012.
Mr. Atanda began his legal career as a junior counsel at the law firm of Kayode Atanda & Co., specializing in litigation. He later joined the commercial law firm of Enitan Associates, gaining experience in commercial and international transactions. At Etoile Partners he plays a significant role in the firm’s advocacy and alternative dispute resolution practice.
Azeez Atanda is known for his expertise in various legal areas, including banking, real estate practice, commercial law, and international transactions. He is recognized as a consummate litigator and innovative advocate, competently representing clients in legal proceedings. He has also been involved in several high-profile arbitration proceedings.
He has served as a legal consultant to numerous individuals and companies, providing legal advice and support. He currently acts as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to several companies.
He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Section on Business Law, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
