Olutola Oludimu-Adeyemi (Mrs.)

Olutola Oludimu-Adeyemi is a highly qualified legal professional with a diverse background in law and related fields.

She graduated from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in the year 2008. Olutola was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 after successfully completing her legal education at the Nigerian Law School, where she also graduated with Second Class Honours (Upper Division). She pursued further studies and completed a Master’s in Law with a specialization in Secured Credit Transactions, International Law, and Energy. In addition to her legal education, she obtained a diploma in French language from Universite d’Abomey Calavi in the Republic of Benin and subsequently a second degree in French Language from the University of Lagos

Olutola began her legal career at the prestigious firm of Fola Akinrinsola, Ojo & Co, where she was actively involved in commercial law practice, representing banks and financial institutions. Her work included instituting and conducting legal proceedings, risk appraisal and evaluation, and alternative dispute resolution. She gained further experience working with the firm of Bayo Osipitan & Co under the tutelage of Professor Osipitan (SAN). In February 2013, she joined Diamond Bank‘s Legal Division (now Access Bank Plc) where she worked until she exited the Bank for private practice.

Olutola co-founded Etoile Partners, a law firm specializing in civil and commercial transactions. Her practice areas include litigation, banking, and commercial law. She writes at her spare time and has authored several published articles.

Mrs. Oludimu-Adeyemi is a Chartered Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). She is also a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA)
